1. Submit Your Travel Inquiry
Start by completing the travel inquiry form with your trip details, preferences, and budget. This helps me understand your vision so I can begin curating the perfect experience for you.
2. Pay Your Booking Fee
Once your inquiry is received, a non-refundable planning fee is required to begin the booking process. This secures your spot and allows me to start researching and designing your custom travel options.
3. Travel Consultation Begins
​After your fee is confirmed, I begin researching and curating your personalized travel options. This may include flights, hotels/resorts, cruises, activities, and itinerary suggestions based on your needs.
4. Review Your Custom Travel Options
You’ll receive curated travel options tailored specifically to your request. You’ll be able to review, ask questions, and request adjustments if needed before final booking.
5. Booking & Confirmation
Once you approve your selections, I handle all bookings for flights, accommodations, and any add-ons. You will receive your official confirmations and travel documents. I'll include any final details you need for a smooth departure. I remain available for questions leading up to your travel date.
7. Enjoy Your Trip
All you have to do is show up and enjoy your experience. Your itinerary, bookings, and details are already handled, but I am also available if you need any assistance.
